We’re excited to announce that the Summer 19 Release of the APIIDA API Gateway Manager is available to all customers as of Wednesday, July 24th, 2019!
Our new release includes a streamlined migration process, as well as a new gateway explorer, that allows you to administrate all entities of a gateway.
The migration process becomes easier, faster and more secure with the Summer 19 release. For example, the properties of mapping like \”map by\”, \”map to\” and \”fail on new\” are displayed in the migration overview. In addition, an own action, (like New or Update) for every single dependency, can now be defined separately for all dependencies. When available, mappings also display the name of the resource.
New Toggle for synchronization:
A new toggle inside the migration overview, enables to synchronize directory trees or folder structures for service and for all of its dependencies before the migration process. This feature is beneficial for its users, as migration failures caused by inconsistent folder structures can be avoided.
Last but not least, the new release scores with an improved migration overview, that shows the success or failure of the migration process – quick and easy. Therefore diagnoses become easier to find and to read.
The integrated Gateway Explorer is used to manage resources for example certificates, JDBC connections or cluster-wide properties. The explorer is capable of showing all clusters/gateways where a resource is provided. So the migration of resources from one cluster/gateway to another is possible.
