APIIDA AG is the provider of the website and controller (responsible person) in sense of the general data protection regulation (GDPR). Hereby we inform you about the handling of your personal data when you visit our website. The information listed here refers exclusively to our website. Links to other websites may be included, by clicking on those links you are leaving our website. We dissociate ourselves from the contents of linked websites.

While you visit our website, we collect personal data that we process exclusively in accordance with our statutory powers or on the basis of your consent. A storage of data takes place as long as required by law or to provide the services requested or as long as it has been recorded in the consent declaration.


2. Change in handling

This privacy policy informs you about the current use of your personal data. It is up-to-date and valid since May 2018. We reserve the right to update this privacy policy if required at any time with future effect. Especially when the website has to be adapted to technical or legal requirements, to a further development of the website or in case of the implementation of new technologies into the website.


3. Transfer of personal data to third parties

A transmission to our IT Service provider, who provides this website on our behalf on the internet, does not constitute a legal transfer. We refrain from automatic decision making or profiling.


4. Access data and encrypted communication

The following personal data will be transmitted to our web server when this website is accessed and stored in a log file. The data will be stored for a period of 14 days and then deleted, except in case of an identified attack – then the data has to be stored longer.

    • Search engines, from which you came to our website,

    • The operating system and version you are using.
A collection and process of this data is based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6 I f. GDPR), to be able to display the website according to the requirements of your device, or to investigate and track attacks on our IT systems. Any further use is solely for statistical purposes in anonymous form by us. By anonymizing your data, conclusions about your person are not possible. The data transmission between your web browser and our web server is always encrypted. We use the TLS protocol for this purpose. The communication between your web browser and our web server is always encrypted end-to-end. If you use the contact form or apply for our newsletter, the data will be temporarily stored on our web server. The stored data will be deleted after 90 days.


5. Contact forms

Our Website offers forms to contact us directly. We store the data which you have specified in the forms and forward it to the person responsible for contacting you. That employee receives this data via email in his mailbox. Our employees are required to keep this data stored only as long as necessary for the handling of the matters pursued by the contact.

6. Newsletter

If you order our newsletter, we store your name and your e-mail address. We use this information for the purpose of sending the newsletter. This data will not be published nor disclosed to third parties. 7.2 Campaign Monitor

We use the third-party service Campaign Monitor to send our emails; operated by Campaign Monitor Pty Ltd, Level 38, 201 Elizabeth Street, Sydney NSW 2000 Australia. Campaign Monitor offers various design and analysis options that help us to provide you with only the information that is relevant to you. For this purpose, personal data, such as Gender, service or job title will be forwarded to campaign monitor. Any analyzes are group-related and are not used by us for the individual evaluation of the recipients! The Website uses the function Google Ads Remarketing, which collects data (IP address, Content the user is looking at) to track the user’s activity on the website.
